Requirements

No prior experience required — training available for motivated individuals.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to working hard and taking pride in your role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude.
Willingness to contribute to a respectful, team-oriented culture.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to heat, water, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
Ability to safely operate dishwashing machines and handle breakable items.

Responsibilities

Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently throughout service.
Clean, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen and service items including plates, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness in dish area and assist with general kitchen organization.
Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown tasks.
Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.
Support kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary workspace.
