About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dishwasher at a beautiful private school in Gates Mills! A dishwasher job involves washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and cookware, while maintaining a clean kitchen, operating dishwashing machines, emptying trash, and assisting with basic food prep and stocking. It is located 4 miles from SOM Center (Route 91) and Mayfield road, only a short 7 min drive. You would be joining an amazing company! Requirements

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.

Nice To Haves

Light prep skills are preferred, however we are willing to train.
Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.

Responsibilities

Washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Maintaining a clean kitchen
Operating dishwashing machines
Emptying trash
Assisting with basic food prep and stocking
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
