This position involves operating a dishwashing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of food prep and service areas, emptying garbage, and sweeping/mopping kitchen floors. You may also assist with food preparation as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a dishwashing machine.
• Knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards in food service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
