Responsibilities

• Essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines.
• Take out trash as needed.
• May be asked to assist with basic kitchen tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
