About The Position

Era Living is seeking part-time Dishwashers to become the newest members of our Dining Services team located in our Aljoya Thornton Place Community, Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled on Friday - Saturday, 01:30pm - 09:30pm.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Food Handler's Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dishwashing experience and kitchen prep skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned.
• Maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.
• Operates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas.
• Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures.
• Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required.
