About the position

As a Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely. You will also be responsible for emptying trash in the kitchen and other areas, supporting the cooks with prep work, and ensuring that cleanliness and safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on team and guests, ensuring every decision considers their needs
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
