The Utility / Dishwasher at Social Capitol is a vital support role within the culinary team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the kitchen while also assisting with food preparation tasks. This hybrid position bridges dishwashing and prep cook responsibilities, ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly and safely during all service periods. This role plays a critical part in supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house success by ensuring all kitchen tools, equipment, and service ware are consistently clean and available, while also contributing to food prep and production. The Utility / Dishwasher is also responsible for receiving and properly storing delivery orders, maintaining organization across storage areas, and supporting the culinary team during high-volume service.
