About The Position

Dartcor is looking for a dependable and motivated Dishwasher/Utility Team Member to support their culinary team in a fast-paced corporate café setting. This role is essential to maintaining kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, and delivering a great guest experience. This role supports the culinary brigade through disciplined execution of sanitation protocols, kitchen support, and facility maintenance to preserve a world-class hospitality environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in stewarding, utility, dishwashing, or hospitality support preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute all dishwashing and sanitation procedures for china, glassware, flatware, cookware, and culinary equipment with efficiency and precision
  • Maintain immaculate standards throughout dish station, kitchen floors, drains, waste areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house spaces
  • Manage refuse and recycling removal in accordance with sanitation and safety standards
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries using proper rotation and storage practices
  • Support culinary operations with light food preparation, garde manger assistance, and event setup/breakdown as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins, dry storage, and support areas to executive hospitality standards
  • Partner with culinary leadership to uphold all HACCP, health department, and company sanitation guidelines( Score 100)
  • Provide utility support across multiple operational functions to ensure seamless service execution
