Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good judgment, problem solving and time management skills.
• Must meet all health requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning.
• Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Ensure all foods, storage and cleaning activities are in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.
