About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Dishwasher/Transporter for a private school in Dacula, GA. In addition to your regular duties, you will be responsible for driving the school golf cart on campus property to transport food to the lower school and haul trash. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm

Requirements

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
