Requirements

• Enjoy hosting others
• Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six plus months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Able to read and write in English and have good verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting and fractions
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Able to obtain ServSafe certification
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment
• Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
• Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES program with each patron and employee
• Learn and understand the use of all chemicals used in kitchen operations
• Follow specific daily station assignments checklists as directed by Executive Steward and F&B Management
• Perform all aspects of dish/pot washing including using dish machines and pot sink
• Handle all trash removal and cleaning of trash receptacles
• Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and restaurant supplies
• Ensure proper stocking and restocking of all food line china and utensils
