About The Position

The Prairie Band Casino & Resort is seeking new team members for various positions, including dishwashing and food service roles. The casino offers a competitive hiring bonus of $1250 for new team members, along with $60 in gas gift cards during the onboarding process. New hires will receive $400 of the bonus in their first week of employment, and an additional $1 per hour for hours worked from 6 pm to 6 am. Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must have speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency

• Must be able to function both independently and as a member of a team
• A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

Responsibilities

• Prepares tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware, places all items to be washed in their proper dishwasher rack
• Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level
• Washes, stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area
• Thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas
• Collects all soiled pots, washes and restocks cleaned pots on shelves
• Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse
• Mops and sweeps floors
• Washes walls and ceiling tiles
• Sanitizes all cooking equipment
• If 18 years of age, performs the duties of a Food Server, Server Assistant, Cashier/Host, or Cook in the Grill outlet as needed to include Banquet functions
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
• Other duties as assigned
