Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in professional food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General duties include but are not limited to: cleaning, mopping, sweeping, garbage removal, and dusting kitchen and dining room, and food prep as assigned.
• Wash and ensuring dishes, pots and pans, and utensils are at the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Cleans dishwasher machine inside and out after each shift.
• Maintains a neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
• Cleans floor drains as scheduled and as needed.
• Reports to the Cook or Executive Chef any equipment and supplies that are needed.
• Ensures the proper use of equipment and supplies and upholds cleaning and safety standards.
• Must be in company uniform and resident ready at all times.
