About The Position

Miami Roller Rink is looking for reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Support team members to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This role is essential to our operation. If you take pride in cleanliness, stay organized under pressure, and enjoy being part of a fast-moving team, we want to meet you. This is a hands-on kitchen role. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Requirements

• Willingness to take direction and jump in where needed
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight in a warm kitchen
• Must be 18 years or older (Required to safely operate fryers, grills, knives, and other kitchen equipment; able to safely handle cleaning chemicals; alcohol service may be required depending on shift)

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and prep area
• Assist with basic food prep as directed (portioning, stocking, simple prep tasks)
• Support kitchen flow during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Take initiative to keep workstations stocked, clean, and service-ready
• Support teammates wh erever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace, including the proper disposal of waste and cleaning of equipment.
