Solitude is looking for a committed and easygoing individual who has a passion for the food industry. The prep cook is an entry-level position under the supervision of the sous chef and head chef. The prep cook will assist in the culinary operation of the restaurant kitchen. The dishwashing part of the job is to ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, silverware, glasses, and kitchen equipment in a clean and sanitized condition.
