About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join a great team at a private day school with nights and weekends off. This position will require driving and delivering food to multiple on-campus serving areas. At SAGE, food and people come first. The teams at each of the schools we serve work together to provide safe, healthy, and varied meals that reflect the tastes and preferences of each community. Requirements

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
