About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-time Dishwasher/Prep Cook to work at Lakeside, located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted “Best of Omaha” in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts. Schedule will be 11:30am-7:30pm on Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday; and 9:00am-3:00pm on Sundays. Some holidays will be required. Days off will be Wednesday and Thursday though there may be adjustments based upon needs of the community. Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position. This position will pay up to $17.86/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Requirements
- Prep cook experience including knife skills is preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 years old required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary area.
- The responsibilities of this job include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, using machine and manual cleaning methods.
- Additional duties will include prep cooking, as needed.
