Requirements

• Kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and respectful in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to follow direction and maintain kitchen standards.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Wash and restock all cooking and serving items throughout shift.
• Assist in basic food prep (washing, chopping, labeling, organizing).
• Set up and break down prep stations as directed by chefs.
• Properly store ingredients and prep items per food safety guidelines.
• Remove trash and recyclables and maintain back-of-house cleanliness.
• Help with closing duties and daily deep cleaning tasks.
