You’ll ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and workspaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, trash rooms, and employee restrooms
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to proper locations
- Remove trash and recyclables, and clean garbage bins regularly
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the kitchen and dish areas
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing dry and cold storage
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- Support chefs and kitchen team with general cleaning and porter duties as needed
