This position is responsible for washing all dishes, kitchen equipment, and food preparation equipment. They maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas including the line, BOH prep areas, storage, and walk-in. Monitors dishwashing machine to ensure proper operation, cleans and maintains dish machine and equipment. Put dishes back in designated areas. Assists in cleaning kitchen--including cleaning counters, sweeping, and mopping the floors. Ensures proper garbage and trash disposal and removal. Assists with kitchen preparation, if applicable.
