Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a dish team who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our sushi chefs as well as complete prep duties to best serve our guests! The ideal candidates will assist the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized and the prep lists are completed. This position requires professionalism of the highest degree as all work is completed in front of guests. Handwashing is a must as our dishes are specifically curated for our menu. The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly, efficiently, and with diligence. With multiple operating outlets, and more on the way, this is a great opportunity for dishwashers to join a team primed for growth! Scratch Restaurants started when Chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee decided they wanted to put their personal spin on what a restaurant concept could be. Although each of their concepts are independent and unique from one another, the constant thread that ties all of Scratch Restaurants together is the dedication to the artisanal “from scratch” approach to hospitality. Currently featuring and expanding our Sushi|Bar and Pasta|Bar tasting menu concepts.
