As the Dishwasher/Porter, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, cleaning, detailing, and sanitizing equipment and tools. Properly cleansing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, kitchen vessels, and sweeping and mopping floors. Maintain the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an “inspection-ready” condition in accordance with local authority and company guidelines. Assists with cleaning other areas of the kitchen as requested. Other responsibilities include assisting with basic food preparation as directed by supervisor or chef on duty following food safety guidelines.
