Requirements

Ability to safely use kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, dishwasher, slicers, mixers, steamers, knives).

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by machine or hand. Lavar platos, cristalería, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes en máquina o a mano.
Store clean dishes and equipment properly. Guardar utensilios y equipos limpios en las áreas designadas.
Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas. Mantener áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.

Stock supplies in stations and refrigerators. Reabastecer suministros en estaciones y refrigeradores.
Sweep, scrub floors, and clean trash areas. Barrer, restregar pisos y limpiar áreas de basura.
Move supplies between storage and work areas. Mover suministros entre áreas de almacenamiento y trabajo.
Receive and store deliveries. Recibir y almacenar entregas.
Follow all safety, sanitation, uniform, and grooming standards. Cumplir normas de seguridad, sanidad, uniforme y presentación.
Report equipment issues and assist training new staff. Reportar problemas de equipo y ayudar a entrenar nuevo personal.
