This position involves operating a dishwashing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of food prep and service areas, emptying garbage, and sweeping/mopping kitchen floors. Additionally, you will assist with food preparation as needed.
