Put all clean dishes, pots, and utensils in their appropriate places. Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers as needed. Sweek and mop kitchen floor, refrigerator, freezer, and storeroom as assigned. Assist in stocking and receiving inventory and other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow written directions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and push carts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in maintaining and cleaning commercial dishwasher.
  • Knowledge in maintaining and cleaning commercial dishwasher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and food preparation equipment.
  • Put all clean dishes, pots, and utensils in their appropriate places.
  • Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers as needed.
  • Sweek and mop kitchen floor, refrigerator, freezer, and storeroom as assigned.

  • Must share responsibilities with other utility employees and act as a team player
