About The Position

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train and learn.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polishes silver using various equipment and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintains compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and cleans garbage cans as needed.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
