About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations. This includes performing duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of all production equipment, floor cleaning, and trash removal. This is a general utility position that may call for many additional tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general kitchen and back of house cleanliness, removing all garbage and boxes.
• Perform pot washing and dishwashing.
• Ensure floor sanitation.
• Conduct cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and return them to their proper place.
• Follow the direction of the lead steward at all times.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the buffet.
• Assist in receiving and putting food products away.
• Help buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware.
• Wear appropriate uniform including a white shirt, checkered or black pants, apron, hair net, slip-resistant shoes, name, and gaming badge.
• Handle chemicals as per MSDS; communicate effectively with others; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
