JOB SUMMARY Washes all soiled dishes, trays and utensils through the dish machine. Hand washes all pots and pans and sanitizes them through the dish machine. Delivers and picks up food carts from all patient care areas. Assists on tray line as indicated. Buses dirty cafeteria dishes and catering dishes. Maintains clean, safe and organized work area. Adheres to and practices the St. John's Health Corporate Compliance Program and participates in performance improvement activities.
