This role helps ensure guests receive prompt, clean, and professional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
  • Flexible scheduling preferred.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying trays or dish racks.
  • Exposure to wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and hot kitchen environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish room, sinks, floors, and surrounding work areas.
  • Properly store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas.
  • Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and restaurant areas as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and maintaining overall kitchen organization.
  • Follow all health department, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and professionally.
  • Assist servers by refilling water, delivering items, and supporting guest needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, patio, rooftop, bar, and service stations.
  • Sweep, mop, and keep floors clean throughout shift.
  • Stock supplies such as napkins, silverware, cups, and condiments.
  • Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
