Keeps the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Cleans and resets tables after guests have departed maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary dining area for guests. Assists with receiving and stocking supply orders. Follows Company policies and procedures. Maintains the work area in a clean, well-organized manner, and assists others as needed. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: Requires ability to take written and verbal direction. Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
