About The Position
We are looking for food & beverage rockstars to join our team! If you've never worked in a restaurant or food & beverage environment, that's okay! We will provide all the necessary training you need to be successful in this role! Everyone is encouraged to apply. As a condition of employment at a Civitas Senior Living community, all new hires will be asked to complete a screening process as required by state regulations. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of this process. Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring proper storage of raw and leftover foods
- Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties
- Ensure that all food storage and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Review menus prior to preparation of food and inspect all plates
- Establish food service production lines to ensure meals are timely prepared
- Other duties as assigned
