Overview An ancillary employee who performs a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. Performs duties as assigned in support of the overall mission of the department. Operates automatic pot and dishwashing machines, and performs routine cleaning operations in kitchen area. May assist in the service and storage of food. May transport food carts to and from floors as needed.
