Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen floors, and waste areas
- Follow proper sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
- Assist with restocking clean dishes and supplies as needed
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment
- Follow all company policies and health regulations
