The position involves cleaning soiled dishes and small wares, returning clean and sanitized dishes to their proper locations, and maintaining the dish machine to ensure it operates correctly. The role also includes removing trash from the kitchen, keeping the dish area clean and organized, and assisting in the kitchen and other areas of the restaurant as needed. The employee will complete opening and/or closing checklists and perform other duties as assigned by Company Management.
