About The Position

The position involves cleaning soiled dishes and small wares, returning clean and sanitized dishes to their proper locations, and maintaining the dish machine to ensure it operates correctly. The role also includes removing trash from the kitchen, keeping the dish area clean and organized, and assisting in the kitchen and other areas of the restaurant as needed. The employee will complete opening and/or closing checklists and perform other duties as assigned by Company Management.

Responsibilities

• Cleans soiled dishes and small wares.
• Returns clean and sanitized dishes to proper locations.
• Maintains dish machine and ensures it is operating correctly.
• Reports any defects in the dish machine immediately.
• Cleans and polishes the dish machine thoroughly on a regular basis.
• Removes trash from the kitchen and places it in the dumpster.
• Keeps the dish area clean and organized.
• Assists in the kitchen where needed.
• Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Company Management.
