Responsibilities

• Ability to use a commercial dishwasher.
• Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Washes pots, pans, trays, and returns items to their proper storage location.
• Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps the dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Remove trash and debris from the kitchen area.
