About The Position

Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean tables, chairs, floors, and other areas of the venue. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas. Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment. Ensure that all areas are stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, etc.). Sanitize restrooms and other common areas. Setup and Breakdown: Set up tables, chairs, and other furniture for events or meals. Prepare and set up buffet tables, food stations, and beverages. Help with breaking down after events, cleaning up, and resetting areas for the next use. Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Follow sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination. Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet the required standards of cleanliness and organization. Team Collaboration: Work alongside other staff members, such as waiters, chefs, and managers, to ensure smooth operations. Assist with other duties as needed, such as food running or organizing stock. Stock Management: Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies need replenishing. Assist with stock organization and help restock items in dining or kitchen areas.
