Requirements

• Basic verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift
• Work as part of a team and help in other areas if need be

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all dishware, utensils, pots, and pants are thoroughly sanitized
• Maintain kitchen work area and equipment
• Cleaning drains and replacing sanitizer in tank
• Keep dish area and floor free of trash and debris
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas following cleanliness standards
• Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
