The Inn at Stonecliffe is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join their team. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold and wet environments
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of High School education preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, pots and pans
• Maintains clean and organized workstations in the kitchen
• Mops floors and cleans kitchen equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Assists with cleaning and organizing service areas, banquet items and dishware from all outlets
• Supports kitchen and service operations by keeping all areas orderly, restocked and ready for use
• Ensures proper trash removal and disposal in accordance with sanitation standards
• Assists with putting away daily orders and organizing storage areas as needed
• Performs various other duties as assigned
