About The Position

Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club is currently seeking Dish Steward Candidates to assist culinarians with upkeep and basic sanitation of the dishware, floors, food surfaces and equipment of the clubhouse kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Proper ware washing and care of dish ware and equipment.
• Floor sweeping and mopping.
• Preparation and cleaning of the staff cafeteria.
• Assist in food prep.
• Proper storage of cookware and dish ware.
• Disposal of trash to dumpster.
• Maintain cleanliness in upper kitchen, lower kitchen, food service hallways, walk-ins, storage areas and equipment.
• Oversees sanitation of station in compliance with local health department standards.
• Completion of any other tasks deemed necessary by the culinary management.
• Assist in unloading and properly storing deliveries.
