About The Position

Wash and sanitize all dishes and pots/pans for multi-venue food outlet.

• Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements, which are essential functions for the position.

Responsibilities

• Wash all plates, utensils, pots, pans, trays, serving dishes and other food related items.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any functional and mechanical problems.
• Maintain clean and sanitary dish room.
• Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed.
• May assist with receiving of food products.
• Set-up break-down of dining areas
• Receive and stock cleaning items.
• Sweep/mop floors in the dish room and food court.
• Remove trash and take to trash receptacle.
