Requirements

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• High school graduate or GED certification.
• Minimum of one year previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general clean-up of the kitchen, dining room and storage areas, including refrigerated storage.
• Maintains cleanliness for all cooking utensils and associated equipment.
• Advises Food Service Manager of any irregularities with food preparation, availability of food items/supplies and failure of equipment.
• Collect and stack dirty dishes, wash dishes and clean work area.
• Perform any combination of following duties on tray line: reading orders on menu cards on trays to determine items to place on tray, placing items, such as eating utensils, napkins, and condiments on trays, prepare food items, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages.
