Requirements

  • No travel required outside of the home site’s area
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners – (20% time)
  • Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. – (20% time)
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques -(20% time)
  • No Cold Calling: All leads are prequalified and provided by the company – (15% time)
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training – (5% time)
