You will serve as a strategic bridge between science, sales, marketing, and operations to shape and promote IQVIA's cutting-edge capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in therapeutic antibody discovery, preferably within pharma, biotech, or CRO environments.
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge of discovery platforms and services.
  • Deep understanding of drug discovery and development processes, including GPCR and bispecifics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for opportunity management and business analytics.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and research skills with the ability to convey scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IQVIA's discovery capabilities, including Specifica, IMXP, and Protein Sciences.
  • Translate complex scientific offerings into compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies and develop client-specific proposals.
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and provide regular sales activity reports.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to content development, case studies, and event participation.
  • Provide strategic input to product development by integrating voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients across traditional and emerging markets.
