Summary: This position's main purpose is to sell the guest a trial membership program (Discovery); this allows the client to experience Travel + Leisure Co first-hand.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Proven sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technology Fluent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct digital survey regarding guests' experience and present the Discovery program professionally, with the goal of selling guests the Discovery program.
• Answer all guests' questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• When a guest purchases, prepare a digital worksheet including all required information.
• Answer all post sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Any other assigned duties as requested by supervisor.
• Meet the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
