Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A willingness to embrace new ideas and perspectives, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and supporting business needs as they arise.
  • A knack for thinking outside the box and bringing fresh ideas to the table, enhancing our team’s innovative spirit.

  • Ability to present ideas and findings clearly and confidently to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse cultures and teams, fostering a sense of inclusion.

  • This is a hybrid role (3+ days per week) with occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
  • Document all calls, sales activities, customer and/or technology company interactions in our company customer relationship management system.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
  • Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
  • Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
  • Position products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs.
  • Attend all assigned TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.
  • Additional duties as assigned
