About The Position

Apple is seeking an experienced Discovery Analyst to join the Legal Operations & Global Security team. This role focuses on litigation and investigations, partnering with internal and external teams to support matters across Apple's legal docket. The Discovery Analyst will work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver world-class support to multiple pre-litigation and litigation matter teams, acting as a liaison between in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, and eDiscovery vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience working in ediscovery at a vendor, law firm, or in-house legal department.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in relevant legal technology processes.
• Thorough understanding of litigation lifecycle and discovery processes.

Nice To Haves

• Detailed knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, including relevant Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and local discovery rules.
• Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of each step in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• High level of technical knowledge of common discovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support to multiple pre-litigation and litigation matter teams.
• Act as a liaison between in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, and eDiscovery vendors.
• Collaborate with the Discovery Manager, Legal Project Managers, and other stakeholders to support legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Foster a collaborative environment and lead by example with a positive attitude.
