About The Position

Assists the Case Management staff by performing clerical duties related to case management and discharge planning. Has full access to patient health information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s license
• 1-2 years clinical and/or clerical experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
• Knowledge of operation of personal computer and Microsoft Office
• Essential Physical Requirements: Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Visual acuity, hearing, stooping, reaching and kneeling

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years clinical and/or clerical experience preferred
