AECOM is seeking an experienced Disaster Resilience Deputy for Readiness Logistics who will lead contingency staffing and sourcing of strategic partnerships to support AECOM's emergency & disaster related projects worldwide. The main objective of this role is to provide ready-state operations to support a rapid and efficient deployment of resources to Federal, State and Local clients in response to natural or man-made disasters or emergencies. The Deputy for Readiness Logistics will identify, track, and coordinate resources, personnel and vendors/subcontractors associated with Disaster Resilience programs and projects. When appropriate for the scale and complexity of operations, the incumbent will deploy to provide on-site sourcing and coordination of deployed project staff and equipment and will source and coordinate project vendors. The Deputy for Readiness Logistics will be expected to have a complete understanding of all applicable human resources, travel and AECOM project compliance policies, as well as disaster response and recovery expertise. The Deputy for Readiness Logistics will be expected to prioritize vendor functions, recruit vendors into AECOM's vendor network and maintain these relationships through all phases of the disaster life cycle.
