About The Position

Are you passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives? Do you want to be part of a team that empowers clients to make their own choices and achieve their goals? If so, we’d love to hear from you! Join us as a Disability Support Worker in our welcoming group home located in Pennant Hills. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures our clients receive consistent, quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 25-35 hours, over a variety of shifts
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
  • Experience with clients that have strong behaviours of concern

Responsibilities

  • Support clients to live fulfilling lives by assisting with daily tasks, community involvement, and skill development
  • Encourage and empower clients to make their own decisions and pursue their personal goals
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
