MCI is currently seeking a Dirt Foreman based in Effingham, Illinois. Our Dirt Foremen are responsible for working closely with Superintendents and fellow team members to ensure accuracy on the job sites and assist in project completion and troubleshooting. This position records and tracks productions quantities and compares to the estimated costs in order to meet or exceed job specifications. In addition, the Dirt Foreman is key to ensuring safety, applying fundamental knowledge of GPS equipment as it applies to grading, and overseeing all rough and fine grading as it applies to project specifications. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, communication and critical thinking.
